Please be aware, that any orders being sent outwith the UK weighing more than 1 kilogram, may be subject to additional shipping charges. In this instance, we will put your order on hold until you have consented to the additional charges.

All orders are subject to availability. Please allow 1-2 working days for order processing. We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days.

If there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email, so please ensure your email address is accurate and current.

Certain countries may charge additional import fees. We cannot anticipate and cannot reimburse you for any additional fees which may be incurred.

If your order total is under £20, your order will be sent without any tracking. Please bare this in mind and consider the extra "Royal Mail Signed For" option if you require tracking.

All orders are automatically despatched to your billing address. If you need it sent to a different address, then please email us with your order number - orders@retrorebels.com. Please note that if you have opted for Next Day Delivery, then you will need contact us about the different delivery address by 2pm that day.
