Returns/Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
If you are unsatisfied with an item you have received from us, please return it to us within 30 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns of Underwear, Earrings, Socks/Tights/Stockings or Hair Accessories unless deemed as faulty.
To return an item we require the original invoice, which is sent to you with your order, fully completed with the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note that no refund or exchange will be actioned until the original item is received by ourselves.
In the case of an exchange please include details such as size and colour if required.
When returning an item please ensure you use a traceable delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post.
Please ensure delicate items are suitably protected as parcels can get bashed around en route. We ask that any items returned must be in their original condition with tags still attached and encourage customers to try on goods they have ordered before removing any labels/tags.
We will not accept a return if an item is soiled, damaged or has clearly been worn, this includes marks left by make up, deodorant and washing.
Please allow 7 days for refunds / exchanges.

To cancel an order, please notify us immediately via orders@retrorebels.com. We cannot cancel an order that has been shipped - our returns policy will apply in this case.
